Family members, friends and law-enforcement officials are resuming their search this morning for Lois Garcia Wilmeth, a Lake Nona mother who went missing Tuesday after walking her children to school.
Wilmeth’s family told investigators it is unusual for the 40-year-old woman to not return home.
Garcia Wilmeth, who recently moved to the area from Venezuela, was last seen walking her three children to Lake Nona Middle and High schools on Narcoossee Road, according to mother-in-law Sharon Wilmeth.
